posted on november 30, 1999Our HelpDesk has been upgraded to Cerberus to increase usability. You can submit tickets from www.imbri.com.au/helpdesk or by emailing support@imbri.com.au. You can then track these tickets by registering a new HelpDesk account.
PayPal Payments
posted on november 30, 1999Good news! Due to client requests we are again accepting PayPal as a payment option. Simply select it as your method of payment when going through our sign up process. It will soon also be added for reseller packages and account add ons.
Server Upgrade
posted on november 30, 1999This is just to inform everyone that we will be updating to PHP 4.3.9 and Apache 1.3.33 on all servers on the 21st of December, 2004. You may find that the server will go down for 2-3 minutes while the software is built and restarted. Thank you for your patience during this upgrade.

Server Maintenance
posted on november 30, 1999Several of our servers will be undergoing maintenance to upgrade the software on the core routers for enhanced functionality and feature support. The maintenance will occur during the night (around 12am-4am EST). There will be two windows each lasting 15-30 minutes during which accounts on these servers will experience brief loss of connectivity or slower network performance. Thank you for your patience during this maintenance.

Reseller Special
posted on november 30, 1999Prices on all our reseller packages have been dropped up to 35%, now starting at just $40 per month. Additionally, if you sign up for a yearly package you will receive one month free.
These new prices are effective as of today for both new and existing reseller accounts. If you had already been charged for the month of November you will be refunded the difference over the next 24 hours.
We have not yet decided as to whether this will be a temporary "special" or permanent change; this really depends on the success of the new packages over the next month or so. Thus we advise, if you've been thinking about signing up or upgrading, that you do so now.
