• To claim on this guarantee, you must notify us of your wish to cancel an account within the first 14 days following activation, and request your money back.
• This 14 day guarantee applies to hosting charges only. Domain Registration fees are non-refundable, even in the case of registration errors (typing mistakes, selecting the incorrect registration period, etc).
• When we charge set-up fees, we do so to cover the costs of transactions and the time and software it takes to set up accounts; thus these fees cannot be refunded (at the moment we do not charge set-up fees).

Monthly Refunds

If the package is pre-paid at a discount rate (i.e. annually) and you wish to cancel the service before your pre-paid time is up, the months you have used will be deducted from the amount you initially paid. As the discounts only apply when pre-paid in the specified blocks, the months deducted will be charged at the full monthly price of the package.

For example, if you pre-pay our MegaWeb plan annually at $110, but cancel after one month, $10 for that month will be deducted from the refund amount, which would then be $100. This means that if you cancel after 11 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining month.

If you wish to cancel pre-paid service within the first 14 days, the full amount will be refunded.
